About This Site

This site is dedicated to photography and my involvement with it for over 55 years. For my whole working life I have been totally absorbed in the quest to make great imagery. As a London still life & food photographer I was lucky enough to work with the very best creatives, designers and art directors on high profile projects.

Today I work only on my own projects. I have a location Defender and travel 5 months of the year through Europe, the Near East & Africa taking photos.

I search out historic sites and photograph museum antiquities. This is not for money but it is for the joy of photographing wonderful places and objects. The greatest kick I get is sharing these photos with history lovers.

I am also committed to finding new art photography images. To this end I have re-equipped with a Leica M11, Q2 and the best Leica M lenses ever made. This is opening up a new world for me.
